Gioielli Piluzza allows the return or replacement, within 10 days after delivery of the product. In the case you want to exchange or return purchased products simply you have to follw the instructions you find in the package.

 

Right of withdrawal 
The customer has the right to cancel the contract within 10 calendar days from receipt of products. 
The client can exercise the right of withdrawal if it meets these conditions:

• The products have not been used.

  Packages must not show signs of wear, abrasions and scratches.
• The accompanying label must be intact and not separated from object.
• The product must be accompanied by the guarantee attached.
